Rex Miller (The Millinium Matrix) and Craig Janssen (Strategic Dimensions) are advancing the idea that the design/construction process used today is fundamentally flawed. They advocate moving toward integrated design process and lean constuction methodologym. Alignment of all the team members: architect, engineers, builder, major sub-contractors, and client - is the critical first step.
